After the lock-in period, provide 30 days' notice to CirclePe. You’ll be responsible for deep cleaning and repairs, as the security deposit is waived for CirclePe Club members.

For our club members, the lease and lock-in period are the same, varying from 6 to 11 months.

You must complete your lock-in period, maintain the property, handle deep cleaning & repairs when moving out, and clear any pending dues.
